The Kenwal Quality department consists of over a combined 60 years of steel industry experience which allows Kenwal to operate at the highest quality standards in the industry. Following is a list on our qulaity department personel and their qualifications.

Keith Smith - Corporate Quality Manager
  • Keith D. Smith started with Kenwal Steel Corp. in May of 1998 as a Quality Technician, in 2001 Mr. Smith was promoted to Quality Manager where he over sees daily quality operations.
  • Mr. Smith also holds the position's of Quality Manager for Kenwal Pickling LLC over seeing daily quality operations and Kenwal Testing Lab maintaining A2LA Certification and daily quality operations.
  • Prior to Kenwal, Keith worked for Quality Metal Craft as a Quality Technician for 8 years Job descriptions were CMM operator, soft tooling inspector, daily production inspector.
   
Gerald Mannarino - Metallurgical Engineer
  • Mr. Mannarino came to Kenwal in August of 2003, as a Metallurgical Engineer.
  • Mr. Mannarino has spent 32 plus years in the steel industry. 
  • He started at Ford Steel Division as a Metallurgical Engineer in the B.O.F and retired from Rouge Steel in 2003 as a General Manager of Technical Services.
